Cannon Fire Protection Ltd is a specialist fire suppression company who work on behalf of a variety of both fire and FM companies, and many of the UK’s diverse Restaurant, leisure and Hotel brands. We install and maintain Ansul R-102 systems, into a wide range of premises, from Cafes, canteens and takeaways, to Michelin Starred restaurants, Hotels, conference centres and stadiums.
Trainee Estimators
To train to be able to design all fire-related products and systems including; reviewing customer specifications and interpreting them, identifying gaps in the information and work with Sales to get all the necessary information and design of Suppression systems.
Customer service, both externally and internally are paramount for Cannon. Maintain clear communication with office based and field-based members of the Sales department and wider team, striving for excellence whilst displaying the Company values.

Service Control Manager
We keep our services in-house using directly employed labour within our Installation and Service departments.As a result of our growth, we are looking to recruit a Service Control Manager. The key responsibilities for this role will involve:
To be accountable for service delivery, ensuring all maintenance, remedial jobs are scheduled, attended, and completed to customer and industry deadlines. To be accountable for the monthly invoicing ensuring monthly budgets and targets are met. To be accountable for the Cash4W system ensuring its full utilisation. Managing a small team, ensuring customer satisfaction and expectations are met in line with specific KPI’s. To effectively escalate any resourcing issues and to provide support to the service engineering and administrative team.

Fire and Security Engineer
Cannon Fire Protection is a rapidly growing business in the fire protection sector. We keep our services in-house using directly employed labour within our Installation and Service departments.
For well over a decade now the company has focused on supporting fire industry trade users, providing turnkey solutions for fixed fire suppression. Independent auditing of our quality management systems, contracting and service operations ensures the very best provision of support in our sector.
The successful Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Installation of our wide range of fire and security products
- Complete all relevant paperwork for installation
- Attending call outs
- Provide excellent service to customers
Requirements of the successful candidate:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Experienced in the installation of Fire Alarm systems, Intruder alarms, CCTV, Access control systems & Emergency lighting
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work on your own with no supervision
- Must be able to pass a DBS check
Will be required to work as part of a team and be able to work on own initiative and be self motivated.
