Ansul R-102 systems use advanced extinguishing agents (ANSULEX) to ensure rapid flame knockdown and vapour smothering. Rapid cooling of high efficiency cooking appliances after initial flame knockdown is critical to eliminating re-flash and minimising restaurant downtime. In line with our distributorship all our technicians are up to date with current Ansul training to ensure fully compliant system installation and servicing.
